Gloucester on film

In 2007 members of the club set out to make a film recording life in the city as a record for future generations.

As we began in January we had no way of knowing that later in the year the city would experience the worst flooding since 1947 and the biggest ever peace time emergency Britain had ever known.

Elements of the crisis were recorded and these can be seen in our programme which also includes military, civic and carnival parades, fireworks and aspects of city life.
